One scribe captures the key plenary sessions and report-backs. Four scribes work with breakout groups to capture ideas around vision. At the final plenary session, the scribed images from the breakout groups are shared to help deepen people's understanding of each strategy pillar, key behaviours, shared goals and initiatives. This sharing enables the group to further refine their plans and set their deliverables.
