This month, the Financial Times was in conversation with Karen Blackett OBE, UK Country Manager of WPP and Chairwoman of MediaCom UK & Ireland, at an FT125 Executive Forum event in London.
Karen champions diversity throughout the media industry and launched the first ever government- backed apprenticeship in the sector. She was awarded an OBE in 2014 for services to media and communications.
